Eligible skincare may be returned at the spa within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and resalable condition, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Approved returns receive a full refund to the original payment method; allow 3–5 business days. Exchanges for items of equal or greater value are available within the same 14-day window.
Opened or used products cannot be returned. Sale and clearance items are final sale, with no returns or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable.
