The Radiance Reserve credits accumulate in your account and never expire while your membership is active. Credits apply towards all services and may not be shared. Credits have no cash value as required by Oklahoma Law. Credits are non-transferable for cash. Membership is month-to-month, auto billed monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. A written membership agreement will be provided at enrollment.

We can't say it happens regularly, but new memberships have been introduced while some older ones are no longer available. However, rest assured that you will be informed if your membership is set to be discontinued or is simply unavailable to new clients.

If your membership is on a month-to-month basis it can be terminated with a 30-day written notice. In your client portal, you can click on "Cancel Membership," which will prompt you to email the company. Alternatively, you are welcome to call us directly.
