The Acne Membership represents a commitment based on the plan you select. This membership operates on a month-to-month basis, with automatic monthly billing. Your membership will conclude automatically once the commitment period of your chosen plan is complete. A written membership agreement will be provided upon enrollment.

We can't say it happens regularly, but new memberships have been introduced while some older ones are no longer available. However, rest assured that you will be informed if your membership is set to be discontinued or is simply unavailable to new clients.

If your membership is on a month-to-month basis it can be terminated with a 30-day written notice. In your client portal, you can click on "Cancel Membership," which will prompt you to email the company. Alternatively, you are welcome to call us directly.
