What a Body Balance session is like
You'll start with a quick health history so we can check for anything that would rule the session out. Then you lie down in the full-body Body Balance bed in a private room, with eyewear provided. Sessions are 10, 15 or 20 minutes. Most people feel a gentle warmth from the red and near-infrared light and leave feeling refreshed, with nothing to recover from.
Why a full-body bed instead of a panel
A panel only reaches the area you point it at. The bed surrounds your whole body at once and keeps the diodes close to the skin, so every session covers you head to toe. Our bed is made in the USA, FDA-registered (#3010627475) and NRTL-certified.
