No swimming or facial waxing for 24 hrs, no sauna/Botox for 48 hrs, no exfoliating for 24–72 hrs, no makeup for 24 hrs, avoid sun for a few days.

When can I resume my routine?

Regular skincare in 24 hours; prescription retinol products in 3–7 days. Always wear SPF 30+ daily afterward.
